With a background in Life Sciences and Welfare, Admir has held several management positions in the public administration and has also worked for international organisation, as well as academia . He is always looking for new ways to impart critical thinking and state-of-the-art practices to the Albanian society.
Ori Hoxha

Ori believes that technology is the key to prosperity for Albania. Over the years he worked on initiatives that have impacted more than 500 youngsters through computer science education, before founding betaPlan.
Ori holds a BS in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and is a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at MIT.

Prof. Dr. Albert Qarri joins betaPlan with his entire list of accomplishments in the realm of academia and the industry. His passion for continuous improvement has enables him to embrace Python at a late stage in life and make sure he still operates at the forefront of the Data Science and Machine Learning sector.

Hafsa Laçi is a full-stack developer in MERN, with a relevant experience as business & system analyses.
She completed her bachelor in Business Informatics at University of Tirana (UT), and has a master degree in information security.
She is currently teaching at UT the courses of web Programming and database systems.
